Returns
We aim to deliver every order in good condition and make returns simple. Applies to orders placed through our website across Egypt, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We ship across Egypt. Times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary; shipping fees appear before payment.
Please give an accurate name, phone, and address — wrong info may delay delivery or add charges. Responsibility passes to you on delivery.
You can open and check your order with the courier before you accept it — make sure the item, size, and condition are right before you pay.
Returns are accepted within 1 day of receipt if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Used, washed, or custom items can't be returned. Cancel before shipping for a full refund.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out.
Return shipping is paid by you — including returns and refused deliveries — and may be deducted from your refund. We only cover it if the mistake is ours (wrong item). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
